Job summary

White Lodging in Milwaukee is seeking a Housekeeping Aide/Laundry associate to deliver outstanding guest service across our hotels. You will split hours between housekeeping and laundry, restock supplies, and help maintain clean, welcoming spaces.

We value initiative and reliability; you must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and complete training certification. DailyPay, health benefits from day one, PTO, and a 401(k) match are offered.

Responsibilities

• Split hours between Housekeeping Aide and Laundry and provide high-quality service.
• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells; clean offices and break rooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.

What You'll Do

• Split hours between Housekeeping Aide and Laundry, and in doing so, will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells
• Cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• The Housekeeper will have experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience
• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate
• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills
• A certification sign off after completing training
• The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time
