White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping in Denver to oversee Housekeeping and Laundry operations.

You will lead managers and supervisors, ensure pristine rooms and public spaces, and collaborate with Front Office to resolve issues for guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, strong housekeeping knowledge, and a proactive, service-driven mindset in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality housekeeping is essential.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory controls and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping and Laundry departments, including managers and supervisors.
• Maintain strong collaboration with Front Office for operations and issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction through processes.
• Ensure guest rooms, public spaces and employee areas are well maintained.
• Lead financial tasks such as payroll and scheduling.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Assistant Director of Housekeeping assists in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Extensive knowledge in Housekeeping and Laundry operational procedures
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
