White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments and ensure cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction across guestrooms and public spaces.

You will lead teams, manage schedules, payroll, and financials while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment, contributing to a positive guest experience and operational excellence.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
