Job summary

1st Shift 6:30 AM–3:00 PM; duties include monitoring staff, evaluating orders, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and urgency.
• Proficient with computers and office software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate staff.
• Demonstrate job instructions to new and temporary staff.
• Evaluate incoming orders and set up the production line.
• Collaborate across departments and communicate effectively.
• Foster high morale and performance.
