Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking an Associate Manager, DTC & TikTok Shop for a hybrid 50/50 role at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. You will oversee product listings, coordinate promotions, and analyze website and social commerce performance to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include maintaining product information, coordinating with brand and logistics teams, and leveraging data to drive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 3+ years DTC eCommerce experience in agency or CPG.
• Forecasting experience with multi-functional teams.
• Data-driven approach with problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track inventory and forecast to support promotions.
• Coordinate product listings and digital assets with Studio and Digital Shelf.
• Lead merchandising aligned with campaigns and brand priorities.
• Open POs and assist in store budget management.
• Drive KPI reporting for DTC campaigns and store performance.
• Collaborate with 3PL for daily operations and purchasing.
