Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking an Associate Manager, DTC & TikTok Shop to lead direct-to-consumer initiatives and optimize performance across TikTok Shop and our eCommerce ecosystem. This hybrid role based at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD collaborates with brand, marketing, and operations to drive sales growth.

You will oversee product listings, promotions, inventory forecasting, and campaign reporting, while partnering with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure accurate content

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years DTC eCommerce experience with strong forecasting ability.
• Experience working across multi-functional teams; entrepreneurial mindset with corporate adaptability.
• Advanced Excel skills with forecasting and data analysis; problem-solving with bias for action.
• Data-driven, independent, and a digital self-learner; effective team player.
• GA4, Salsify and Shopify certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track inventory and adjust forecasts to meet promotions and activations.
• Coordinate product listings and ensure up-to-date content and assets for the store.
• Serve as liaison with commercial and brand teams to align merchandising with campaigns.
• Open POs and monitor payments; assist in store budget management.
• Lead DTC exclusive product development and KPI reporting; test new ideas.
• Report campaign performance to stakeholders; participate in strategic roadmap sessions.
• Work with 3PL partners to maintain daily operations and guide purchasing.
