Job summary

McCormick & Company seeks an Associate Manager, Direct Commerce to oversee DTC listings, promotions, and performance analysis from our Hunt Valley, MD HQ. The role blends catalog management, cross-functional coordination and data-driven decision making in a hybrid 50/50 setup.

You will work with brand, commercial and logistics teams to optimize inventory, forecast accuracy and budget management while driving sales growth through store content and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of DTC eCommerce experience with forecasting expertise.
• Experience working across multi-functional teams.
• Ability to balance entrepreneurial initiative with corporate processes.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• GA4, Salsify and Shopify certifications preferred.
• 2–3 years as a merchandiser for a Direct-to-consumer store with 500–5,000 SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product listings, promotions and website analytics.
• Coordinate with brand and logistics teams to ensure accurate data.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts for campaigns.
• Maintain store content and digital assets, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Support budget management and partnerships with agencies.
• Report campaign performance to commercial and brand teams.
