LG H&H Americas is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Manager to elevate our TikTok presence and drive revenue growth across beauty and personal care brands. You will lead creator collaborations, optimize store merchandising, and oversee GMV Max campaigns to scale performance.

You'll partner with marketing, merchandising, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, leveraging trends and analytics to stay ahead in digital commerce and wellness-focused spaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DTC growth or social commerce.
• Strong experience with influencer marketing and TikTok ads.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Curate partnerships with creators and manage affiliate UGC.
• Lead TikTok advertising campaigns and GMV Max usage.
• Optimize TikTok Shop storefront, listings, and promotions.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations.
