Church & Dwight Co., Inc. the leader behind consumer brands seeks a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Social Commerce Manager to drive a multi‑channel growth engine, focusing on TikTok Shop and DTC performance.

The role oversees P&L, customer acquisition, and lifecycle value while partnering with marketing, product, and operations to scale revenue across owned and social channels. Hybrid role in NY/ NJ with core in-person days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, social commerce, or ecommerce leadership.
• Hands‑on experience with eCommerce platforms, marketplace tools, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow DTC and TikTok Shop P&L, including revenue, margin, demand creation and OPEX.
• Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop business operations and grow a scalable growth engine.
• Develop creator and affiliate ecosystems with recruitment, onboarding and incentives.
• Define and execute multi-year DTC growth strategy across digital properties.
• Align demand generation with commerce goals and measure campaign performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of experience in digital commerce, social commerce, or eCommerce leadership
