Renew Cannabis Co. in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a Head of Digital Growth to own the P&L, drive Shopify Plus storefront performance, and scale the Papa & Barkley brand into a digital powerhouse.

You will lead paid media, lifecycle marketing with Klaviyo and Skio, navigate 2026 regulatory pivots, forecast demand with the supply chain, and build a high-performing growth team. Join a fast-growing DTC brand at the forefront of cannabis wellness, reporting to the CEO, with a compensation package

Qualifications

• Proven P&L ownership in a brand or DTC business.
• Deep Shopify knowledge and attribution mastery.
• Strategic agility in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in regulated categories (CBD/hemp/alcohol) is a major advantage.
• Leadership with clear expectations across lean teams and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shopify Plus ecosystem end-to-end: CRO, catalog, promotions, subscriptions.
• Direct paid media agencies to lower CAC and improve funnel efficiency.
• Drive high-velocity performance via Klaviyo and grow subscriptions with Skio.
• Navigate the 2026 regulatory pivot and shape product strategy accordingly.
• Scale demand forecasts with the supply chain and build the growth team.
