Job summary

PAX Labs, a leading cannabis brand, is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to own our global DTC engine end-to-end across the US, Canada, UK, and EU. You will manage a multi-storefront headless setup, optimize paid and organic acquisition, and drive ROAS-driven decisions in a highly regulated environment.

You will lead lifecycle programs in Klaviyo, build loyalty and omnichannel strategies, and scale new channels such as affiliate and marketplaces while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment

Qualifications

• Proven P&L ownership with full accountability in a DTC setting.
• Experience leading e-commerce & lifecycle programs in consumer brands.
• Expert-level Shopify knowledge including headless architectures and multi-store operations.
• Strong analytic and attribution skills across GA4, ROAS and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Storefront Ecosystem across multi-storefront and headless builds.
• Direct paid media strategy while optimizing organic discovery in restricted advertising markets.
• Own measurement stack and drive attribution accuracy for decision-making.
• Lead lifecycle programs via Klaviyo to grow repeat purchases and lifetime value.
• Build loyalty, rewards, and referral programs connecting DTC with retail touchpoints.
• Scale referral, affiliate, marketplaces, and retail-to-DTC initiatives.
• Navigate regulatory requirements: age verification, shipping, and payment constraints.
• Own the DTC P&L and provide strategic recommendations to executives.
• Develop and coach a lean team and partner network.
