Job summary

Remedy Science seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to build a world-class DTC acquisition engine. You will own Meta spend, testing, and the creative loop, while shaping landing page strategy and post-purchase flows.

You will lead a small team, partner with E-commerce and Retail teams, and drive incrementality tests to prove true growth drivers. Strong analytical and creative chops are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in growth or performance marketing, with paid social ownership at scale.
• 2+ years leading people or agencies.
• Strong in Meta Ads architecture, testing, and scaling.
• Web fluency: briefs, copy direction, and testing.
• Able to translate data into actionable briefs for creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own creative analytics end-to-end and define winning patterns.
• Lead the creative strategy with data-backed angles and roadmaps.
• Run a high-velocity Meta creative testing engine.
• Direct influencer content for whitelisting and paid amplification.
• Own Meta P&L, budget strategy, and scaling decisions.
• Build and lead a small growth team and cross-functional partners.
• Set up incrementality testing to prove lift and ROI.
