OpenText currently seeks a Senior Manager, eCommerce Sales Growth to lead performance and optimization of the company’s direct-to-consumer digital commerce. • 8+ years in Consumer eCommerce (DTC) sales, UX, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into business actions.
• Experience with SAAS/subscription products.
• Excellent communication to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct DTC website operations and shopping cart experiences with pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Monitor KPIs and resolve issues affecting customer experience or revenue.
• Lead CRO, personalization, and user research initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, UX, and Web teams on content and promotions to drive conversions.
• Analyze performance to identify growth opportunities and risks across channels.
