Job summary

Soulstice Hair Care seeks a commercially minded DTC Growth & E‑Commerce Manager to build and scale our direct‑to‑consumer business. You will own paid media strategy, agency partnerships, and an end‑to‑end e‑commerce roadmap across Shopify, GA4, and CRO efforts.

The role requires hands‑on performance marketing, data‑driven decision making, and collaboration with brand, creative, and engineering teams to drive growth for a digitally native beauty brand.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in DTC growth marketing, e‑commerce or related fields.
• Experience with digitally native consumer brands, preferably beauty or wellness.
• Hands-on paid social advertising management, especially Meta Ads.
• Experience managing external paid media agencies and evaluating performance.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo email automation and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4; knowledge of GTM and conversions.
• Experience leading e‑commerce development projects and CRO initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy and manage internal and agency execution.
• Review performance across channels, optimize CAC/ROAS and ROAS metrics.
• Develop acquisition strategies, testing roadmaps, and budget recommendations.
• Coordinate creative workflows, UGC sourcing, and paid content briefs.
• Own e‑commerce website performance, CRO roadmap, and testing initiatives.
• Oversee website QA, launches, and troubleshooting with partners.
• Build dashboards and scorecards to report DTC performance and growth.
• Forecast, plan promotions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
