Job summary

Saint Rocco's Treats in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Head of DTC Growth to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across paid, email, and Shopify channels. You will own strategy, budgets, and partnerships with agencies and Brand.

You will scale programs, run affiliate/trainer networks, manage a data-driven attribution model, and lead a small team, leveraging AI to improve outcomes and speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DTC growth or ecommerce marketing
• 3+ years leading a growth function
• Proven track record scaling a consumer brand's DTC channel
• Ownership of acquisition and retention: paid social/search, email/SMS, subscriptions

Responsibilities

• Scale Trainer Program into a major acquisition channel with tracked codes and affiliates
• Run paid media on Meta and search with clear cost-per-customer targets
• Turn events and sampling into trackable online customers
• Grow revenue from existing customers via reorders, auto-ship, and win-back programs
• Own email and SMS strategy (Klaviyo) and subscriptions (SKIO)
• Own Shopify storefront, testing roadmap for pages, offers, flows, and creative
• Own attribution, CAC, and channel reporting with data-driven insights
