Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience on a DTC website focusing on CRO, SEO, app management, and content management.
• Shopify experience is a must.
• Hands-on experience with an e‑commerce platform, GA, and A/B testing.
• Technical familiarity with Shopify Plus, Salsify, site merchandising tools, and subscription apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day merchandising of the BBS.com site and optimize user experience.
• Drive CRO initiatives from ideation to execution using A/B testing and data insights.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations to improve KPIs and revenue.
• Manage content across the site including PDPs, promotions, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align DTC strategy and initiatives.
