Central Garden & Pet Company seeks a Senior DTC Manager to drive the Best Bully Sticks direct‑to‑consumer business. You’ll lead CRO, SEO, email marketing, paid digital ads, and site optimization, reporting to the SVP, Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce.

On‑site 5x weekly at Neptune City, NJ with cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, product, and operations. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in DTC, hands‑on Shopify Plus experience, and a data‑driven mindset to grow revenue while

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of DTC website experience with CRO/SEO/app management/content management.
• Shopify experience is essential, incl. Shopify Plus and GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage product catalog updates and site merchandising.
• Improve user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Lead CRO testing from ideation to execution using A/B testing and analytics.
• Oversee email/SMS, website development, and merchandising functions.
• Coordinate SEO and content initiatives to grow organic traffic and visibility.
