Job summary

PetLabCo. is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to bridge data, performance, and creative strategy for our DTC pet supplements. You will lead data-driven storytelling, ideation, and testing to scale customer acquisition and revenue.

You will partner with Paid Media, Video, Organic Social, and Influencer teams to develop high-performing ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. A track record in direct-response, scalable content, and strong analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in direct-response advertising and performance-driven creative.
• 3+ years in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
• Experience with high-growth paid social brands and scalable content.
• Portfolio of direct-response ad concepts and scripts with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven creative direction across paid and organic channels.
• Design and manage the creative testing roadmap for campaigns.
• Brief creatives, producers, and editors; review drafts for performance and pacing.
• Work with influencers/UGC creators to scale content.
• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, and hook rate to inform iterations.
