Job summary

The Healthy Back Institute is seeking a remote E-Commerce Operations Manager to own the project management and operational engine behind marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, CRO testing, product launches, and brand consolidation. This hands-on IC role partners with the CMO and cross-functional teams to keep work shipping on a predictable cadence.

Qualifications

• DTC or eCommerce experience is required.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Product, Tech, and Customer Success.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Create workflows, SOPs, and execution processes to reduce friction and speed throughput.
• Identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution to protect delivery.
• Own end-to-end campaign and lifecycle execution including emails and SMS programs.
