Job summary

CHESCO Services in Blythewood, SC seeks a Part-time DSP-R for 3rd shift with weekend rotation to provide direct care and training to consumers in community residence. You will implement training goals, monitor progress, and maintain documentation per local, state, and federal guidelines.

The role requires high school diploma, First Aid/CPR/CPI certification, annual TB test, and a valid driver's license. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team and may administer medications following

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI.
• Subject to annual TB test.
• Valid Driver's license from state of residence and ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for all consumers within the assigned setting.
• Implements goals and behavior plans and documents progress.
• Administers medications according to guidelines.
• Performs daily paperwork: logs, schedules, inventories, progress notes.
• Transport consumers as needed.
• Attends staff meetings and in-service trainings.
