Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for consumers in the assigned setting.
• Implements training goals and collects data.
• Administers medications to residents per CHESCO guidelines.
• Writes daily logs and progress notes; completes required paperwork.
• Performs housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as scheduled.
• Transporting consumers as needed and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
