CHESCO Services seeks a DSP-R for full-time 2nd or 3rd shifts in the Pee Dee Region, Chesterfield County, SC. Provide direct care and training to residents in community settings while following state and federal guidelines.

You will implement behavior plans, document daily activities, and support residents’ personal hygiene, social adjustment, and daily living skills. Occasional weekend rotation and transportation duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid, CPR, and CPI certifications required or pursued.
• Annual TB test required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a 15-passenger or smaller vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and training to consumers in community residence.
• Implement training goals and collect data.
• Counsel consumers as necessary.
• Maintain accountability for all consumers in the assigned setting.
• Perform DSP paperwork: daily logs, schedules, inventory, progress notes, and related forms.
• Assist with chores, house cleaning, cooking, and laundry as scheduled.
• Administer medications following CHESCO Services guidelines.

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent

CPR/First Aid/CPI certification

TB test annually

Valid driver's license
