Melody Cares in Stillwater, MN is seeking an energetic DSP to provide compassionate direct care for an outgoing young man. You will support daily living, monitor health needs, and help with meals and recreational activities.

The role requires 2-3 years DSP experience, high school or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid US driver's license. Competitive pay $20/hour, biweekly pay, and a full benefits package. Work hours are M-F, in-person.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Administer medication and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a nurse.
• Implement individualized care plans and ensure resident rights are respected.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Provide companionship and engage individuals in recreational activities.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an energetic & outgoing DSP who is compassionate and would provide exceptional care and ensure the safety and well‑being of an outgoing young man. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the life of this young man. He enjoys getting out of the house and is very into sports. He is Independent. The home is big on diet, making pre‑made meals and tracking carbs. This individual is easy to get along with. Minimum Qualifications:
