Peace of Mind Duluth is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work in the Duluth area, supporting individuals in homes and the community. The role focuses on helping clients achieve personal goals and foster independence through daily activities and skills training.

Responsibilities include personalized support, promoting inclusion, documenting progress, and coordinating with care teams. Full-time and part-time schedules available with competitive benefits and a referral

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (unless working overnight shift).
• Successful background clearance.
• Able to work every other weekend/holiday.
• If no driver's license and transit is used, willing to walk from bus stop to residence.

As a DSP, you will work closely with individuals in their homes and within the community, providing support to enhance their overall quality of life. • Maintain open and effective communication with individuals, their families, and other team members.
• Collaborate with case managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of daily activities, achievements, and any incidents as required.
