Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living supports and health/wellness tasks as directed by a qualified DSP.
• Participate in empowerment, communication, community networking, and service facilitation.
• Provide community living skills, education, training, and self-development support.
• Advocate for participants and support informed choices about finances, well-being, relationships, and employment.
