Alls Well is offering a DSP Intern program designed to introduce you to the role and build the skills needed to support people to live their best lives. You will work under a qualified DSP for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week in a supportive, learning-focused environment.

The program emphasizes person-centered care, ethics, and ongoing learning. Pay is $16.90 per hour with weekly pay, and a variety of schedules are available, potentially leading to a long-term career path.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with empowerment, communication and daily tasks.
• Learn under a qualified DSP and perform entry-level duties.
• Uphold NADSP Code of Ethics and participate in ongoing training.
