All’s Well, Inc. offers a DSP Intern program designed to introduce you to the role under supervision, with up to three months and up to thirty hours per week. You will learn essential DSP duties while supporting individuals to live their best lives and feel empowered.

The position provides weekly pay, training, and potential for a longer career path in the community supports field, with opportunities for gradual responsibility and skill development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the role and perform entry-level duties under a qualified DSP for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week.
• Assist with participant empowerment, communication, community and service networking, documentation, and health and wellness support.
