InReach is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an adult male with developmental disabilities in Concord, NC. You will provide companionship, care, and daily living assistance in home and community settings, following individualized plans and safety protocols.

This Independent Contractor position offers weekend hours, a flexible schedule, and competitive hourly pay: $20.35/hr for CLS Services and $17.00/hr for Respite Services, with potential to grow through our extensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• 1–2 years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for an adult male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in Concord, NC in the Cabarrus County area. Staff will provide Community Living and Support Services for approximately 25 hours per week. Hours available on Saturday and Sunday with Flexible schedule and negotiable. Must be able to handle pet in the home

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday (9am to 2pm) Saturdays and Sundays as needed for Respite

Pay Rate:

CLS Services at $20.35/hr and Respite Svc at $17.00/hr

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

*** This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
