Job summary

InReach NC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide companionship, care, and support for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This Independent Contractor role covers 14 hours per week in the Charlotte area (28227) at $22.27 per hour, with flexible scheduling.

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28227. Staff will provide Community Networking Services for 14 hours a week.

This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
