Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of work experience preferred.
• Experience in writing reports preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/SUR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends regular shifts including evenings and nights.
• Provides direct care and support to individuals with IDs.
• Observes health conditions and documents changes.
• Assists in transport and daily living activities.
• Provides first aid and CPR as needed.
• Maintains safety and dignity of individuals.
• Participates in treatment plans and activities.
