Job summary

Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support for individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities. Earn $18/hour for waking shifts, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, and flexible schedules across all shifts.

You’ll assist with daily living skills, documentation, and community participation, collaborating with a caregiving team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transport and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care) and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social activities and community events.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure consistent, quality support.
