Venture Community Services in Spencer, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22+ with disabilities to participate actively in daily life. Includes paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Schedule includes varied shifts; full-time position entails 40 hours weekly with a competitive hourly rate between $17.50 and $19.00 per hour. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal care as needed.
• Help clients attend medical appointments, banking, community activities, and outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, and medical guidelines; administer medications as required.
