Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Gloucester Adult Program in Pilesgrove, NJ. This onsite role supports autistic, intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals, empowering them to reach their daily-life goals within a caring team and structured programs.

The DSP will work second shift Thursday and Friday 2p-11p, and Saturday 9a-11p (32 hours full time). A competitive starting wage and benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Aspiration to work with autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals
• Experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
