Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance required.

• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment and travel up to 10%.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve network problems using Service Now.
• Monitor network alarms and document outages using incident management applications.
• Execute network operations and maintain configuration on route plans.
• Provide global situational awareness and support all customers effectively.
