Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve incidents using a broad knowledge of the network and Service Now.
• Notify contacts based on incidents affecting circuits or locations.
• Configure and analyze customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to maximize network availability.
• Proactively monitor network alarms and provide global situational awareness.
