Responsibilities

• Pull Driveway vehicles from inventory with store coordination.
• Transfer inventory between dealerships when needed.
• Arrange long and short haul transport for deliveries.
• Coordinate with regional valets for staging and last-mile delivery.
• Work with third-party vendors to arrange last-mile delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for delivery.
• Schedule delivery times and locations with customers.
• Coordinate pickup and distribution of trade-in vehicles.
• Coordinate the return of a vehicle if applicable.

Successful individuals will demonstrate a strong customer focus, an ability to communicate across multiple departments and an aptitude for organization and strict attention to detail and timing.Location: Suburban Ford of Troy Hub, 777 John R Rd, Troy, MI 48083Pay Range: The established pay range for this position is $19.25 to $28.85 per hour.
