Job summary

L0397 Driveway Home Office in Troy, MI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate vehicle delivery from Driveway inventory and manage Last Mile delivery with precision and customer focus.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure on-time delivery and accurate handoffs between stores and customers. This is an on-site, full-time position supporting Driveway’s network across the Troy hub.

Responsibilities

• Works with the store to pull Driveway vehicles from inventory
• Transfers inventory between dealerships if applicable
• Sets up long and short hall transport
• Coordinates with regional valets for vehicle staging and Last Mile delivery
• Works with third party vendors to coordinate Last mile delivery
• Ensures the vehicle is prepped and ready for delivery
• Coordinates delivery time and location with the customer
• Coordinates the pickup and distribution of trade vehicles
• Coordinates the return of a vehicle if applicable

Driveway Logistics Coordinator The Driveway Logistics Coordinator acts a liaison between the customer and stores and coordinates all aspects of the vehicle delivery. Successful individuals will demonstrate a strong customer focus, an ability to communicate across multiple departments and an aptitude for organization and strict attention to detail and timing.

Pay Range:

The established pay range for this position is $19.25 to $28.85 per hour. The anticipated hiring range is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
