Position Overview
The Training Lead role is a hands-on frontline leader responsible for driving daily operational excellence across an in-market training team, facilitating training sessions, and leading on-site onboarding. This role is ideal for a highly dedicated, action-oriented individual who is ready to take on-the-ground leadership in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is Alto’s highest-volume training market, consistently hiring hundreds of drivers a month.
You will serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the training team, manage staffing, respond to operational issues in real time, coaching and developing your training team, and ensuring an elevated candidate experience.
This role is in-person, and is based in Los Angeles, CA
