Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a Driver Recruiter Coordinator to support high-volume driver recruiting efforts. You will engage, pre-screen, and vet candidates for DOT compliance while building a strong candidate pool for the core Recruiting team.

Key responsibilities include outbound calling, managing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the application process with timely hand-offs to recruiting and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales environments preferred.
• Strongcommunication skills and ability to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling to generate driver interest and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into active candidates.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and email to sustain engagement.
• Work daily call queues and dialing systems to meet activity and conversion goals.
• Source and engage leads from databases, internet resources, and targeted campaigns.
• Pre-qualify candidates based on company and DOT requirements.
