Venture Logistics, LLC is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build a qualified driver workforce and ensure DOT compliance. You will manage intake, screening, and offers, while coordinating drug tests, background checks, and MVR reviews. The role acts as a brand ambassador at fairs and CDL schools.

You will collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations to align hiring needs and maintain accurate records per regulations. Home office environment with occasional travel to events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HR/Business degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish to communicate with a diverse driver workforce.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment software is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle driver recruitment, from intake to offer extension.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and DOT compliance checks.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans with leadership.
• Promote Venture Logistics at job fairs and schools.
