Job summary

SEL Transportation, a flatbed trucking leader in the Southeast, seeks a Driver Recruiter to attract and hire qualified drivers. You will respond to inquiries, conduct phone pre-screening, and coordinate with the operations team to fill driving positions.

Responsibilities include background checks, knowledge of MVR and DAC reports, and maintaining strong written and verbal communication. You should have 1–3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety; flexible scheduling
