Job summary

Long Iron Services, LLC is seeking a Driver Talent Acquisition Specialist to be the first point of contact for Driver candidates and to hire the best driving force for a safe, respected trucking operation. You will source, screen, and manage high volumes of driver applications, communicate benefits and requirements, and ensure pre-employment paperwork complies with DOT and company standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of DOT requirements and employment laws is a plus.
Tenstreet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Source, contact, and screen high volumes of professional driving candidates to fill open positions.
Communicate information regarding company policies, benefits, pay, and employment details.
Organize high-volume driver applications and leads in the ATS.
Process driver applications and ensure all pre-employment paperwork meets DOT and company standards.
Schedule orientations and confirm attendance with qualified drivers.
Maintain open communication with driver applicants to resolve pre-hire issues.
