Zusammenfassung

TransForce is seeking a Recruiter to drive full life-cycle sourcing, interviewing, and placement of qualified drivers to fill open orders across our U.S. operations. You will use internal and external sources to deliver the best candidates and support regional hiring goals.

Collaborate with Sales, Market Managers and Operations to align on driver availability, compensation, and placement. Maintain strong candidate relationships and produce regular reports to track recruiting progress and ensure

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of successful recruiting experience desired, staffing industry experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals.
• General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations.
• Requires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a fast- paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
