Job summary

US TransForce LLC is seeking a Recruiter to manage full lifecycle sourcing, interviewing, and placement of qualified drivers to meet open orders for TransForce customers. The recruiter will use internal and external sources to source candidates, collaborate with regional managers, and drive driver onboarding and retention as part of achieving company objectives.

Qualifications

2 years of successful recruiting experience desired; staffing industry experience preferred.
Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals.
Knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations.
Superior relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

Recruit drivers through full lifecycle sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Collaborate with Sales partners and Market Manager to meet hiring goals.
Explain benefits of working for TransForce and discuss Open Orders with candidates.
Coordinate with Driver Hiring Specialist and Market Manager for timely approvals and proper placement.
Maintain daily contact with drivers in processing and monitor turnover risk.
