Job summary

TransForce, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified drivers to fill open orders for TransForce customers.

This role requires strategic collaboration with Sales, Market Manager, and Operations to build a robust driver pipeline across regions. You will deliver data-driven recruiting, drive timely communication with candidates, and ensure compliance with employment and transportation regulations while contributing to regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; work experience may substitute.
• 2 years of recruiting experience desired.
• Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals and regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communications, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified drivers to fill orders.
• Conduct interviews and assess fit for Employment Solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Market Manager to set competitive pay.
• Maintain relationships with drivers and customers to ensure retention.
• Generate recruiting reports and maintain data in systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment and transportation regulations.
