Job summary

Austin Powder is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to proactively source CDL driver candidates across multi-state environments and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer. You will leverage driver networks, events, and recruiting platforms (Tenstreet) and collaborate with marketing and IT to strengthen our web and social media presence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years full life cycle recruiting including 1–3 years focused on driver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Experience recruiting for a multi-state, multi-facility environment.
Minimum 5 years full life cycle recruiting.
Minimum 1–3 years focused on driver recruitment.
Strong organization and detail orientation.
Expert level ATS experience, Workday highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of industry, company, and job opportunities.
Review, schedule, screen, qualify and submit driver candidates to hiring manager.
Process driver candidates through the Clearinghouse and Tenstreet.
Review MVR, Clearinghouse and Tenstreet reports and qualify candidates.
Utilize brand, company culture and benefits to promote interest in job offerings.
Build social media presence and content to target driver candidates.
Network and outreach to potential candidates and pipeline organizations.
Collaborate with HR to drive change through technology solutions (AI, Tenstreet).
