Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience for drivers or similar roles.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and employment laws is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and screen high volumes of professional driving candidates.
• Explain company policies, benefits, pay, and employment details to applicants.
• Manage driver applications and scheduling of orientations.
• Maintain confidentiality of recruitment data and driving records.
• Work with management to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
