Job summary

WHC Worldwide in Albuquerque, NM seeks an energetic Recruiter to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain professional drivers who are the foundation of our success.

You will develop recruiting strategies, build relationships with candidates and drivers, and collaborate with operations leadership to support workforce growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting CDL or non-CDL drivers is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract drivers.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, industry networks, and outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers for current and future staffing needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, CDL schools, workforce development programs, and community events.
• Promote the company culture, driver benefits, earning opportunities, and career growth potential.
