Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle Driver recruiting strategy and execution across multiple business units and geographic regions. You will partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs, build robust pipelines, and optimize recruiting processes for CDL/driver and transportation roles.

The role combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on team development, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficiency and compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
1-3+ years leading recruiters/recruiting teams.
Experience recruiting CDL/driver or transportation roles across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Forecast hiring needs with executives and hiring managers and build proactive recruiting plans.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations.
Build talent pipelines for CDL/driver and transportation roles.
Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and recruiting resources.
