Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, transportation, driver staffing, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting CDL or non-CDL drivers is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified professional drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, industry networks, and community outreach.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers.
• Represent the company at job fairs and CDL schools.
• Promote driver benefits, earning opportunities, and career growth.
